TokTime Privacy Policy

TokTime is provided by 石朋贺 (the developer, referred to as “we” or “us”). This policy covers the TokTime iOS app and its privacy and support webpages. It explains how information is handled and the choices available to you. TokTime works primarily on your device and does not require a separate account.

1. How We Handle Your Information

Schedules, notes, labels, reminder settings, completion records, images and other content you create or import are processed on your device to organize, remind you about and display your plans. This content is not uploaded to a TokTime server. Necessary schedule summaries and image copies are processed locally for the app, widgets and system reminders. Information shown on your Home or Lock Screen may be visible to others.

When you purchase or restore membership, TokTime processes verified information returned by Apple, including product and transaction identifiers, purchase and expiration dates, and subscription or refund status. This is used to determine access and display purchase history. We do not access card numbers or payment passwords, or upload transaction information to a TokTime server.

When you choose to contact us, we receive the contact details, feedback and attachments you provide. The feedback template may include the app version, device model, system version and creation time. You can edit or remove these details before sending; the app does not send feedback automatically. We use this information to reply, investigate problems and handle your requests.

2. Device Permissions

Calendars: After you initiate an import and grant access, TokTime reads events within your selected date range for an on-device preview and copies them after your confirmation. It does not modify, delete or continuously sync system calendar events.

Photos and camera: System pickers provide only the images or files you choose, rather than access to your entire photo library. Camera access is used when you take a photo; add-only photo library access is requested when you save an image.

Microphone and speech recognition: With your permission, speech is recognized on your device in real time to create schedule text. Original recordings are not saved, audio is not uploaded, and recognition does not fall back to the cloud. Text input remains available if your device or language is unsupported.

Notifications and alarms: With your permission, reminder times and necessary schedule content are provided to the system for local notifications or alarms. This information may appear on the Lock Screen or other system interfaces.

3. Third-Party Services and Disclosures

TokTime does not integrate advertising, user profiling or third-party behavioral analytics SDKs, and does not sell or rent personal information. Apple's App Store and StoreKit handle account, payment and transaction information needed for purchases and restoration under Apple's privacy policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/ .

Automatic and manual update checks request release information from Apple, sending the app ID and the region code from your device settings. Requests do not include schedules, images, recordings or a unique device identifier. Network service providers receive information needed for the connection, such as your IP address.

When you visit our privacy or support webpages, the service delivering those pages may process IP addresses and access logs. We do not add advertising or analytics scripts to these pages or upload your schedule content to that service.

When you choose to export, share or send feedback, the selected content is handled by your chosen storage, sharing or communications service under its privacy rules. You decide what to provide and to whom.

4. Storage and Deletion

Schedule content is stored in the app's storage on your device; widgets use a shared copy on the same device. We rely on iOS app isolation and system security to protect local data. The developer cannot access this content through a server.

Schedules in Recently Deleted remain recoverable for the configured retention period, currently 7 days by default and adjustable in the app. Expired data is removed when the app subsequently runs, and you can permanently delete it sooner. Deleted data from older versions without an expiration date must be permanently deleted manually.

TokTime does not provide its own cloud sync service. If you enable iCloud device backups or export content to cloud storage, your chosen service may back up or store that data. Exported local backups have no additional encryption and should be stored securely. Uninstalling normally clears the app's local data, but does not automatically delete device backups, exported or shared copies, or transaction records retained by Apple.

Feedback and contact details you send us are retained only as long as necessary to handle requests, investigate problems and meet applicable legal obligations, and are deleted when no longer needed. You can request deletion using the email below. If some information must be retained by law, we will explain why.

5. Your Rights and Choices

You can view, correct, export or delete local data in the app, and manage calendar, camera, microphone, speech recognition, notification and alarm permissions in iOS settings. Refusing or withdrawing a permission affects features that depend on it, while other features remain available. Withdrawing permission does not automatically delete previously imported or saved content; you can delete it separately.

For information you voluntarily provide to us, contact the email below to request access, correction or deletion, or exercise other rights available under applicable law. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and, where needed, verify only identity information relevant to your request. You may complain to the competent supervisory authority if you believe your privacy rights have been infringed.

TokTime is not specifically directed at children. Minors should use it with a parent or guardian's guidance. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information that we should not retain can contact us for assistance.

6. Policy Updates and Contact

When our information handling changes, we will update this policy, its effective date and relevant App Store privacy disclosures. We will notify you of material changes through the app or website and obtain consent before the relevant processing when renewed consent is required by law.

For privacy questions or rights requests, email punk.huaming@gmail.com or use the feedback option in the app.
